Good people, good pay and good location

Not many cons I can think about, I had a good time working there

HR would listen to staff but unable to do anything due to “BHI’s budget”

Absolutely awful experience working here. Management was disorganized and completely out of touch with the day-to-day reality of the job. Staffing was a constant issue—shifts would start off short and somehow get worse as the day went on, with people being sent home and the rest of us expected to pick up the slack. Zero support, no appreciation, just constant pressure to do more with less. Supplies were always short. Would not recommend working here to anyone.
