Profits Over People. This company absolutely does not care about its employees and there is no trust and no job security. An employee cannot rely on anything from one day to the next. They are constantly eliminating positions and forcing employees to take significant pay cuts. Their payroll is a mess and employees must watch closely as the company consistantly shorts employees on their commissions and bonusus. Also, all positions are sales positions and I am talking about high pressure sales.
