      Pros

      Good place to work. Nice to work for a government agency which is well perceived by the customers served. Won 7 J.D. Power Awards in a row!

      Cons

      Very little opportunities for career growth. If you get hired for a certain job, that is most likely what you'll be doing until you decide not to.

      Electric & Water Utility with very hi marks from JD Powers

      Cons

      Strick rules from Washington State. The PUD is audited by law on a regular basis. No Christmas parties or summer picnics because of the DState rules.
