You get to work with like-minded, friendly individuals, one full hour paid lunch, great benefits after 90 days "probationary period", flexible work hours, upper management team is engaging and frequently walks around the building to chat and check in on everyone's day (work related or not), laid-back yet professional atmosphere

Sometimes repetitive/monotonous work (in regards to topics and clients), tricky writing style if you aren't previously familiar with it
