Pros
They have a proven record of possessing a diversified range of services. This has allowed them to stay in business during the great recession. They held onto several employees longer than most corporations would have without revenue to support them which is admiral. They offer summer hours which is a very very nice benefit.
Cons
Lack of vision and plan for growth beyond regional status. They spend too much money on "corporate culture" items that could be used for salaries. That is always a hard line to walk. They recently moved into a very expensive rent area, possibly at the expense of jobs?
