Pros

Great, modern office and awesome colleagues. There is a good feeling of "comradery".

Cons

It feels like we work on a big corporate company rather than a startup, and not in a good way. Management cares more about the numbers rather than the people. There is a big pressure to "perform", but at the same time there are no resources, training or benefits offered to help us perform better. Some teams are still very unstructured, with no processes, as if we were still at the first years of the company. As a result, everyone is overworked, stressed and work is never finished. Many employees are getting fired on a weekly basis, with no explanation or notice: one moment we are working together juts fine, the next they have a meeting with HR and they pack up their things and leave. Employees do not feel safe anymore, since they feel that every single mistake can get them fired. Normally, HR would be the department that employees would trust and go to when they need something. However, currently HR is the last team we trust, given their lack of communication, transparency and understanding. There are a lot of promises coming from their management, but no real results over the last year. Even when there was no real HR structure a year ago, the team was more trusted.

Pros

Good hardware and location in the city

Cons

I worked for this company for 15 months, and I can honestly say my experience was frustrating and disappointing. When I was hired, I was promised that I would be eligible for Employee Purchase Option Shares (EPOS) every year I stayed with the company. However, after putting in 15 months of work, I was pressured to resign just one day before reaching my one-year anniversary—364 days to be exact (+ 3 months notice period). Despite my loyalty and commitment, I was told that I was no longer eligible for the promised EPOS because I didn't meet the "one-year" requirement. To make matters worse, the pressure to resign was intense. I was made to feel like I had no other choice but to leave, even though I had already invested significant time and effort into the role. I truly felt manipulated and deceived by the company. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth. It’s clear that they had no intention of honoring their promises or treating employees with the respect they deserve. I strongly advise others to be cautious if they are considering joining this company, as they seem to be more focused on exploiting employees than following through on commitments. Overall, my experience was a waste of time and energy, and I wouldn't recommend working here unless you're prepared to be misled and mistreated. Their online rating is terrible. The office is hostile with everything either in dark blue or black. Really boring tasks. Do not trust HR. They will stab you in the back.
