Pros

This company hates overtime, and because virtually all employees are hourly (including project engineers), you'll rarely have to work over 40 hours.

Cons

This is a very small company, (less than 50 employees), and all of the veteran employees will do anything to ensure their own, personal job security - including not providing proper training or assistance, and giving inaccurate or outright false assessments on job performance of new-hires. Salaries for new project engineers are below industry standards. You will only receive a one-week paid vacation for your first three years of employment. You will need to work more than 10 years to receive 3 weeks of vacation. You will be asked frequently about your religious beliefs, and the company owner will share his stories about how Jesus speaks to him, personally. Bibles are kept in the employee bathrooms, which is an odd place to keep the word of God. Two of the senior project engineers frequently use anger and hostility to intimidate and discourage new-hires. You will be promised intensive training, along with a year or more to learn and acclimate to the job. In reality, you will receive minimal training and be given less than 90 days to "fit in."

Pros

Looks very small company of 4 employees. Smaller than a living room with worries of future. Management doesn't care of employees. Name sake US company. Good for begineers but once they enter there future is hanged. Even small health benefits also not provided. Salary is very low as compared to other indian companys. Cheap minded management. Overall nothing.

Cons

Looks very small company. Smaller than a living room with worries of future. Always under loss.
