      Great benefits, vacation, sick leave, etc. Flexible schedules. Some interesting job functions. Nice building and location in downtown Vancouver.

      Cons

      Elected officials will micro-manage. Atmosphere is more political than necessary. There is little inspiration or motivation from leadership in general. Morale is a frivolous notion.

      Great people who believe in TEAMwork. Hybrid flexibility according to office needs and workload/deadlines.

      Cons

      Ever changing, revolving door staff can make it hard to depend on a good thing being a good thing for a long time. However, the same is said for when it's not great.
