Pros
3.30pm finish on a Friday
Cons
Unhelpful environment curated by management. Not responsive to questions and told to check documents instead of helping you themselves.
Poor training provided, shown once on a screen and expected to do the task autonomously going forward, with no assistance provided and questions answered begrudgingly.
Management cold and unnaproachable.
Silent office, unable to get to know colleagues and your time to do a task is being watched so no chatting. If your task takes 10 minutes longer than expected then you are questioned as to why.
No place to have breaks so you have to eat at your desk or in your car. 1 hour lunch break not utilised and expected to be worked through (unpaid).
No advertised salary, when meeting with their recruitment adviser a salary was agreed, then reduced by £2000 PA (after negotiating as they wanted to offer £3500 less than agreed)
Culture of micromanagement
If not in 'the club' you are an outsider
No offer of hybrid working when this would not affect productivity or the job at all
