Pros
Some colleagues are genuinely nice. Perks are nice like tickets to sporting events.
Cons
Poor Management: Leadership lacks direction and fails to communicate effectively with the team. Decisions are often made without considering the input and welfare of employees. No Work Flexibility: Despite the growing trend towards flexible working arrangements, this company remains rigid. There is little to no accommodation for work-life balance, making it difficult for employees to manage personal commitments. Every Man for Himself Attitude: The workplace culture is extremely competitive, bordering on toxic. They say they will listen to you but end up stabbing you in the back. Upper management does not care about entry level employees. Need for Upper Management Change: Upper management is out of touch with the realities faced by their teams. A change in leadership could potentially bring much-needed innovation and a more positive inclusive culture.
