Cons
C-Suite doesn’t have a business plan. It was slow torture watching and waiting for layoffs or the end of contracts. When the initial push out of contract employees began it was quite cruelly done. Only a day’s notice. I understand the nature of contract work, contracts will end. But after that I began to feel distanced from my work- because it showed someone like me didn’t matter. And in the end, I didn’t. But it’s not just contract employees, it is how every employee exited the system. It’s the whispers of how people left that will always haunt me about this company.
