Pros

Genuinely great people to work with — collaborative, supportive, and talented colleagues across the board. The benefits package is solid, and the pay can be competitive depending on your role and department. There's exposure to a wide range of work, and if you're adaptable, you'll pick up a lot of diverse experience in a short period of time.

Cons

The company went through an almost endless cycle of transitions during my time there. I changed job roles three times in just three years — not by choice, but because of constant restructuring and reorganization on a global scale. It often felt like leadership was perpetually trying to "fix" things without ever fully landing on a stable direction. It's hard to build momentum or grow in a role when the ground keeps shifting beneath you.

Pros

Flexible schedule and PTO. There are some great employees that genuinely care about the work they do and providing great service to the customers.

Cons

RTO is being enforced where it doesn't need to be, especially sending 1 person on a team into the office when the rest of their team is remote or overseas. What is the point when everyone they work with is not there? ELT is cutting US jobs and sending everything overseas for cheaper, under trained, and under qualified labor. Experienced, knowledgeable employees are being replaced by people that just push buttons per whatever directions they were left with and have no understanding of how any processes work. This is putting a great amount of stress on the remaining experienced employees who get shuffled around to new teams, yet are still expected to support all the new people that have no idea what they are doing. This is a no-win scenario for anyone involved, especially the customers. The frequent M&As and restructuring has left this company more and more siloed than it has ever been. Company sends out engagement surveys and then takes no action on them. Nothing changes, except kicking out the next higher up, replacing them, and hoping for miracles.
