Stay away! Toxic culture, full of bureaucracy and micromanagement - Business Consultant Clarity AI Employee Review

Culture that does not incentivize personal development, personal initiative and ideas, but rather hinders them. Wrong incentive system, unhappy employees. Very young and unqualified managers that do not know how to distribute work and manage a team effectively. Very operational work that does not leave room to think and be creative. Limited learning curve. There are plenty of startups out there with an amazing team, managed by outstanding people both at a personal and professional level, without so much bureaucracy that leave room to personal improvement, growth and thus, company growth. Would definitely not recommend this place, despite how good its mission sounds! I'm leaving as soon as I find another job!
