      I have had an amazing experience with working at MultiPlan. From the process of being hired to the training from my mentor. The management was and has continued to be a warm welcoming and has continued to be available at all times.

      Overall, the people are pleasant.

      Cons

      Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
