      Pros

      This a growing financial firm in Healthcare and it is a great place to commute. ITIL structured and works more like a big bank I used to work for but 75% less stress. There is opportunity to grow and to learn if you are in the tech field.

      Cons

      None so far but processes are still being implemented and people are not used to it.

      Overall, the people are pleasant.

      Cons

      Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
