      Pros

      Friendly management, autonomy, hours, benefits. Great place to start building a career from the bottom up. During my interviews with different hiring managers, all of them have started from a low position and worked their way up to management level.

      Cons

      Politics. If you want to succeed in this company you need to network and get to know everyone. An employees reputation is a major factor when climbing the corporate ladder.

      Overall, the people are pleasant.

      Cons

      Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
