      Pros

      The Benefits and hours are good management is good as well. I enjoyed working with the people. I grew to care for my teammates as family.

      Cons

      The only reason I left was the Pay could be better. Auditors must know what the negotiator job is through out the Company and they are paid less in bonus.

      Overall, the people are pleasant.

      Cons

      Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
