Pros

Mark Tabak is a great leader, but above all else - he is loyal to his employees. I can say this first hand as someone who suffered a serious car accident that kept me hospitalized for a long time. When I woke up a few weeks after the accident and finally got a chance to check my e-mail, I was surprised to see a message from him with his senior staff copied. He wished me a speedy recovery and asked me to let them know if there was anything they could do to help me. The management team took a personal interest in my recovery and supported me every step of the way. In addition to an excellent management team, this company is extremely well organized and technology focused. It is never about maintaining the status quo. It is always focused on innovation and that creates huge opportunities for growth for creative employees. I can't ask for better people to work with and work for. .

Cons

The company is highly focused on security and adherence to policies and procedures that protects its clients data and systems integrity. Both are necessary in this industry. If you come from a a small company- this may take some getting used to but it will not stifle one's productivity

Pros

Overall, the people are pleasant.

Cons

Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
