Mark Tabak is a great leader, but above all else - he is loyal to his employees. I can say this first hand as someone who suffered a serious car accident that kept me hospitalized for a long time. When I woke up a few weeks after the accident and finally got a chance to check my e-mail, I was surprised to see a message from him with his senior staff copied. He wished me a speedy recovery and asked me to let them know if there was anything they could do to help me. The management team took a personal interest in my recovery and supported me every step of the way. Cons
The company is highly focused on security and adherence to policies and procedures that protects its clients data and systems integrity. Both are necessary in this industry. If you come from a a small company- this may take some getting used to but it will not stifle one's productivity
