Flexible scheduling can also be an issue if you want a more consistent schedule

I worked at Clarion as a full time EMT for 9 months. Clarion was the third EMT job I had and by far the best company I worked at. All the other medics and EMTs were very competent. Management makes every effort to hire only the best they can find. Everyone knows what it means to be a good partner and puts in a good team effort. Management is also very flexible as far as scheduling goes. I would highly recommend this employer to any EMT or medic that is willing to work hard and learn.

Sometimes there is miscommunication with dispatch, but that's to be expected with any transport job
