5 star hotel and great reputation, amazing lunch and dinner for the employees, biannual bonus between £500 and can get to £1300 or maybe more.
Cons
Managers are not trained enough on how to take care of their staff. Employees are not valued and treated fairly, they are overworked and shouted at, humiliated and bullied. HR looks away when you tell them about their managers and make you feel insignificant.
