benefits, can have office space, incentives to produce sales, sales awards, dinners, picnics, family outings, and socially conscious--charitable. Branch manager was very helpful and willing to talk to you and help you Great branch manages!
Cons
managers did not listen, experienced advisors generally kept to themselves. Office space was expensive. Sales managers were very disrespectful.
