      Great people, positive vibe in the office, camaraderie. Practically unlimited resources Coming thru the dot com bubble unscathed Watching the user count roll to 100, 1000, 1M, 10M was an incredible feeling

      Cons

      Being so early in the arena of targeted web advertising that we became the focus of a backlash that should never have existed. The browser you're running right now collects more profiling info than we ever did!

      Pros

      Great people worked there. Great sense of team spirit and a very good technology group. The amount of information available for people to leverage to make decisions was unparalleled.

      Cons

      Rough at times to get things done with an ever changing business model. Too much control was housed at the top and ti was difficult to exact change
