Pros
Time in Lieu is OK, but an Employee would have to lean on they're Line Manger to get it in the end up. Plenty of diversity, and that is for sure. An Employee will get they're eyes opened. Salary was just about OK to say the least. Got to travel at their expense. An employee will gain plenty of experience with this company no matter how long they are in the organisation.
Cons
Absolutely terrible top level tier management that haven't a clue. Spent the last 18 months plus developing a system that was plagued with problems, and made eight people redundant recently at the drop of a Hat to cut as many costs as possible, and clearly did not think about the repercussions, or implications. No prospect of professional certification, or any certified Training at all. A Disaster to get overtime pay off. Constant covering yourself, and no real foresight, and the worst internal communications I have ever, ever seen. Clearly an ever growing un-happy customer base that they need to wake up to.
