Pros
The pay is great. The work is relatively easy once you get the hang of it. Office culture is ok. They did pay me for a whole month after firing me, but they immediately cut my health insurance.
Cons
Their disciplinary protocol is non-existant (I got one verbal warning before I was fired), the managers are actually micromanagers, during slow periods, they expect you to look busy for the big bosses.
