      Friendly Atmosphere Helpful and resourceful Benefits are decent

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities Poor Communication Favorites are definitely picked. You are either included in any/all events or they see you as another added piece. PTO is trash Everyone there is above the age of 35, and don't see use for younger generation.

      Coaching from management Endless people to call for assistance Great culture Wonder work life balance People to cover for you when you’re out / work doesn’t feel like it piles on after a week vacation

      The building is constantly cold and I use a heater and sweater year round just to feel comfortable
