      Pay and benefits, nothing else.

      The office I was in had a terrible management team, played favorites, and allowed horrible behavior from some of it's staff because as they stated, "I don't like conflict."

      The people the County employs are top-notch.

      Cons

      There were some difficult politics that largely clashed with the overall mission of the County, but that has largely subsided with a change in elected leaders.
