Office Specialist - Anonymous employee Clackamas County Employee Review

Probably the worse job I've ever had. The Support Staff was a very toxic environment to work in. The "manager" never managed us and instead had a awkward and bossy Administrative Assistant tell us what to do. The environment was stressful due to the nature of the job (reception for the Social Services office, which was an event everyday) but the fact that the Support Staff never felt supportive from any management was ironic and ridiculous. The union also protects very lazy workers who are there only for seniority and not for job performance.
