Pros

There are no Pros for this company, they are terrible and don't care anything about their customers!

Cons

We did a tour of Pachacamac Tour booked through Civitatis. It was supposed to be a guided tour with a guide that spoke both English and Spanish. When we got there no guide was present. We called and got no answer. We got the person that provided transportation and they answered immediately. On talking to them, they only had excuses. After about 5 or 6 conversations they finally said that the guide would be there at 1:00. Our tour was from 9:00 to 12:00. This was not acceptable. I did a dispute with Paypal on it but Civitas again lied in their response. Civitas said they would give a refund when responding to Paypal but they never sent the refund. They are scamming people and should not be trusted. Do not book with these people, all they want is your money and they will not give you what you paid for.
