      With our employee shared ownership program, I know that the work I'm putting in is creating value for my future.

      Cons

      The hours involved and schedule of availability. Working as a materials tester puts me on the schedule of other construction companies and they may be working overnight or long hours requiring flexibility for my availability. The trade to those long hours are overtime and result in a bigger paycheck.

      Knowledgeable supervisors to train employees. Lots of work with opportunities for overtime. Interesting job with lots of room to grow your knowledge.

      Opportunities if you ensure to obtain your degrees, have an excellent work ethic, and work well with others under high stress situations.

      Cons

      Like many jobs, more to do, and fewer personnel to do it. Difficult to get into, if you are not on an internship program, or a vet.
