Pros

In January 2027 I will have been at Civica for 10 years. The most I had ever stayed at a company previously was 5. So why Civica! The opportunity to do something meaningful, where family and friends benefit everyday from what I do. Diversity of opportunities. Being a GovTech Champion focused on serving communities across so many sectors brings a variety of opportunities to both develop your career but also keep the passion for what you do. People - the people I work with aren’t just my colleagues - they are my friends and together we help make a real difference in the lives of so many in our communities.

Cons

All companies have a level of disfunction and Civica is not immune to this especially with the amount of change that Civica has gone through over the last couple of years. However as these changes start to mature and be refined I believe that the current levels of disfunction will start to ease and the benefits from this change will soon be realised.
