If you work hard, take pride in your work and go over and above, you do get opportunities for career growth, as you should.

Pension is minimum for an employer of this size and employee benefits have reduced over recent years which is a shame.
Software is behind the times but is getting some investment, it will just take time to filter through to our customers.
