Leadership genuinely cares about people — the CEO often says, “We hire good humans first,” and I experienced that spirit across the company. It’s a mission-driven company that deeply values both its employees and clients.

Honestly, the people and culture made it hard to ever think about leaving — it truly felt like home. One area that could be improved is onboarding; a more structured training program would help new hires ramp up faster.

The tool itself is very impressive even to this day. No one does quite what they do, and clients that "get it" are extremely loyal.
