Great clients, eratic strategy - Support Worker Civic Disability Services Employee Review

- flexible work hours - excellent staff training (fees covered by company)

- clients of varying functionality - unclear communication pathways (changing management)

Frontline staff are wonderful and do their best for the participants.

Head office management is toxic, no transparency to decision making and not open to listening to feedback from employees and participants. People can't speak up with negative consequences. No clear strategy or plan, it's a charity but focus is more on business revenue rather than social impact. Search news and see the media reports and official hearings - I don't see evidence of change since this incident and there is no acknowledgement internally. The key people including C-level team who let this occur are still here, and have not been held responsible.
