I am able to work remote and have full accountability for my responsibilities. I continue to feel my role progressing and pushing me to be better every day. My boss is very encouraging and challenges me to make choices on my own to take ownership in my choices and the path that marketing is going down. He is very good at grooming me to take on more responsibility and grow within the company.

Great culture, feels like you are part of the solution and contributing to society rather then just trying to get facebook likes. When I worked there it was a small team that demanded a lot out of it's employees but recognized their hard work and dedication and cared about it's employees.

At the time I left they were a small startup. They have common startup problems but honestly one of the most professional and committed groups in the L.A. area I have worked with.
