Starting pay can be pretty low

Some of the managers are bright spots here and there is flexibility with your work schedule that may fit certain situations better than others.

The work is tedious and there is not room for growth unless you have been there for years. The salary is not a living wage especially if you are not living at home and having a college degree does not mean anything as the time spent working there is more valuable than anything else.
