      Great place to grow your experience. Work with a lot of equipment. Ability to manage your own projects and make commison on those projects.

      Cons

      Base Pay is low. No room to move up in the company. Doesn't hire unless someone is fired. Departments run lean. Medical is not top tier.

      Most of the people you work with are great.

      Cons

      Very low pay. No incentives. Low morale. Weak leadership. Your opinions and feelings will not be a concern.
