      Open culture, no dress code needed, cheerful co-workers, new ideas are appreciated.

      Cons

      out of the blue, you'll have to abide by the rules that make no sense for your work. Initially the organisation looks modern, but at the end it is orthodox. Your new ideas will be appreciated in the beginning, and then you'll be criticised for having a different opinion.

      Pros

      I had a fantastic internship at Cityflo. The team was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, which made it easy to settle in and learn quickly.
