Wildly fulfilling, the students and their families make this organization the best in the world. The most genuine community you can find and legit good, caring people that lead it. If paying rent and being able to really save money wasn't a concern, I would work at CitySquash until I died.

The pay is the ONLY thing I could ever criticize them for, but that is the nature of non-profits and you get over it pretty quickly when you realize how much money goes towards the kids and their experiences.

The people are smart, exciting, and passionate.

The pay, stressful at times.
