- Micro management to the next level - Insufficient salaries - Quick to get rid of employees with no valid reasoning - they outsourced my position. Prior to them outsourcing my position, they also got rid of the CMO as well as about 3 other employees on my team within the space of 2 months. Just be careful, because that contract means nothing! They just end it and pay you out 2 weeks if you're lucky.
