      Pros

      The people I worked with made the job.

      Cons

      Management are horrible. Bullied into working overtime. Manager would take phones and read messages as they would come through. ‘Suggestions box’ supposed to be anonymous however staff bullied into owning up. Jobs threatened everyday. Unrealistic targets. They lie about career development within. NO BENEFITS AT ALL!

      Great camaraderie. Promote within. Staffed with ER trained physicians. The organization has a diverse team.

      Cons

      No retirement benefits for long term employees.
