In reality a complete and utter facade Senior management haven’t the 1st clue about lean or MMC in practice Playing with lives on a construction site is not only dangerous it’s down right criminal, To rely on hope on any building site is to play Russian roulette with your workers lives!!! The health and safety should be urgently reviewed !!!! What is being produced in theory Should be if correctly manufactured stored then built Cladded and water tight Be achieved providing you understand the principles of construction this is sadly missing misguided and unrealistic across the whole company Not only do they employ professionals and then get rid of them should the piont out what is going on and clearly substandard They lie cover up and lay blame at the feet of others When they preach about the circle of trust it’s only available to the select few , and the idiot that had the audacity to choose the Toyota ethos of listening to your work force as his Management style I Wouldnt let him run a tap shallow words and utterly Meaningless from a senior Director shameful and you should be ashamed it’s no wonder they have lost some really good tradesmen and managers alike MMC and build off site community take note of what not to do So so ☹️ sad Even if your desperate in the current situation Of COVD19 Stack shelves Drive Delivery vans But think twice before applying To this company
