Exposer:
When I was joined I know only Zend, but now I have affluent knowledge of coordinator, Laravel, Angular, magento, wordpress etc.
Citrusbug, gave me an opportunity to lead the team (Frankly saying I was not capable), to do conversation with overseas clients, make me learn server
management (many time mistakenly I deleted it), and numbers of things which I learned here I don’t think so I could get if I was not at Citrusbug.
Management:
I am missing them. Ishan Sir, what a man, I can say whatever I am today, truly because of him. Technical knowledge, skill to handle critical things & time and always calm in any situation.
Timely Salary:
I have been worked here more than 3 years, some time I forgot that today is salary date, but through-out my working period with Citrusbug I have been never get salary a single Day delay. Yes, a single Delay.
Timings:
5 Days week, few Saturdays are working if work load is more and deliverables of projects. Other thigs are same as in other company.
Staff Welfare:
Can’t say celebration was like big companies but yes we use to celebrate each and every festival, everyone birthdays, company anniversary, occasionally dinner/lunch outing, picnic for day or two in a year.
Cons
When I was working infrastructure were small and not like corporate, but yes, now they have the big one
