      Pros

      Lots of buzz surrounding AI and Machine Learning. Interest from large corporations both in US and from abroad.

      Cons

      Immature management. CEO has never run a company and has weird hangups about nearly everything. Many remote employees are not really contributing, but that seems to be why they were hired.

      Need to figure out what and who they want to be Product is not autonomous, run by humans The ESPP is a rip off because if you wish to participate, they make you choose a lower salary, then on top of that you pay for overpriced shares.
