As a manger for the company, your stuck between a rock and a hard place because your worksite requires certain things and Citrin requires others, making you look like the bad guy because you cant appease both parties at once. Citrin is the scape goat for anything the worksite company doesnt have an answer for. The management and HR team will not make a change for the better of the on site team if it means bumps in their relationship with the onsite company (client). Citrin sees the income and money of a client more than they see the environment or opinions of their own employees. Citrin will NOT make exceptions or help you work through something and would rather you leave the company than try to find common ground. If you are in a tough position in life with anything, citrin expects they come first. They require you work outside of work hours and WILL reprimand you if your not doing so. Do not have consistent pay structure. They will pay you as little as they can and will not give you a raise or any increase regardless of your seniority or experience. People coming in under and after you can still be getting paid more than you even if their doing less or the same as you.
