      Work from home and easy management

      Cons

      Management is disorganized. HR promises "next in line" for promotions and then when the time comes completely forget their promise. Micromanaging from other departments. Pay is low and you have to FIGHT for raises. Shelf stockers at costco make more money than starting Patient Care Coordinators

      Pros

      I had a great time working with the people at work Citizens Rx. The work environment is casual. I was given the freedom to do what was necessary to get the job done. Flexible hours to aid in work life balance. The ability to work from home if needed.

      Cons

      Communication with management was lacking.
