Cons
The CEO spends more time isolated in his office than engaging with staff and appears unwilling to listen to anyone who disagrees with him. Employees are routinely told things that do not match reality, creating a culture of distrust. Serious financial concerns continue to go unaddressed while leadership acts as if everything is fine. Many employees feel it is only a matter of time before layoffs, service cuts, or other major disruptions occur. The people doing the work deserve better transparency, accountability, and leadership.
