Knowledge is learned quickly. You have a lot of options to choose from. They have education assistance which is great if you are looking to advance your carreer

They claim to put colleagues first and they use to be great at this. They have over the years forgotten about the human resource and look to make cuts and add responsibility to the employee to make them look better in the eyes of new shareholders. Hope that get back to the basics and understand the importance of human resources.
