Pros

Free food, occasional slow days, experience that teaches you exactly what kind of workplace to avoid, leaving this job.

Cons

Working here was like being trapped in a nightmare you couldn’t wake up from. The compensation was absolute robbery, barely enough to survive on and it was clear from day one that they had zero respect for their employees. Management is completely clueless, making rash decisions without thinking twice, and treating people like robots who exist only to follow orders without question. Communication didn’t exist; it was all whispers, gossip, and false information being spread just to make you look bad. On top of that, the environment was toxic beyond belief; demeaning, rude coworkers, and yes, even cases of sexual harassment that were brushed under the rug. Leaving this place wasn’t just a career move, it was an escape from a sinking ship run by people drilling holes in the bottom.

Pros

The healthcare coverage was decent, which felt like the bare minimum positive to mention.

Cons

- Work came to a standstill as information piled up at higher levels, leaving tasks unfinished for days at a time - Simple questions went ignored while deadlines remained rigid and unforgiving - Accuracy was demanded relentlessly, yet the tools and guidance provided felt outdated and poorly supported - Accuracy was demanded relentlessly, yet the tools and guidance provided felt outdated and poorly supported - Productivity dropped as decisions dragged on and leadership stayed disconnected from daily realities - Frustration grew as responsibility stayed with staff but authority and clarity stayed out of reach
