      There are some people who work here who will care about you as a person.

      Cons

      Management views you as a number, not a person. If you're okay with that, go ahead and work here. This changed when former president retired. Used to feel valued and that the work done mattered.

      Opportunities, Training and Leadership are all a priority here! The Bank likes to promote from within the organization, which is fantastic!
