You'll always find naysayers and negative people in every company. It's ironic that these people tend to be the low-performers, and are always the first to leave once they realize people are noticing. We aren't a big company. We will notice. If you don't intend to put in 110% and are hoping to get lost in the crowd, don't apply here. Please.
